    Was given 8:15 appointment for Tuesday morning for oil change and a/c repair. Car was not looked at until mid afternoon and not ready until late Wednesday morning. Why bother with appointments if you can’t honor them.

    Nobody answers the phone let's start there. Called 20 times and every time went eventually went to Voice Mail. Then it took4 days to fix a flat tire. Actually never fixed the flat just put a new tire on and again took 4 days. Sad
